APEX Consulting was retained by Atlantis / Encompass to provide professional Architectural/Engineering (A/E) services associated with the fast-food restaurant renovation project of the Atlantis Paradise Island Bahamas resort
located in New Providence, Bahamas.
The original restaurant was constructed in 1998 as part of Atlantis Paradise Island Resort and had been dormant for many years. The renovation revived the spaces and took advantage of the views into the adjacent aquarium from the dining areas and proximity of the nearby lagoon and pools.
The approximately 11,000 square foot project with 250 seats was completed in November 2023 at a cost of $3.5M.
