Phase 1 

On-Site Architect Representative (provided as a sub-consultant to Hnedak Bobo Group) responsible for providing field directives by creating sketches and issuing Architect Supplemental Instructions, responding to Requests for Information (RFI), reviewing and approving submittals and mockups, monitoring project progress to ensure that the work of contractors was performed in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. $130M, 64,000 square foot facility including a casino gaming floor with 808 slots and 18 table games, grab-n-go restaurants, sports bar, and a retail shop, completed March 2014.

Phase 2 

On-Site Architect Representative: responsible for providing field directives by creating sketches and issuing Architect Supplemental Instructions, responding to Requests for Information (RFI), reviewing mockups, monitoring project progress. 

Description: $40M, 2 story addition including a casino gaming floor with slots and table games, restaurants, and bars. Fast-tracked multiple bid package project, completed 2017.
