Prior to founding APEX, Russell Bennett was instrumental to SOSH-NY in the role of Associate / Senior Architect leading the construction documents Quality Assurance / Quality Control, subconsultant coordination and construction administration team.
The Scarlet Pearl Casino is a $330M, new 18 story, 417,000 square foot facility including a 300 key hotel, 60,000 square foot casino gaming floor, gourmet steakhouse restaurant, noodle bar, buffet, coffee shop, bars, and retail shops. Located in resort-like surroundings and including a heavily themed oasis style miniature golf course with a feature swimming pool. Completed November 2015
