APEX Consulting was retained by Atlantis / Encompass to provide professional Architectural/Engineering (A/E) services associated with the fine dining restaurant renovation project of the Atlantis Paradise Island Bahamas
resort located in New Providence, Bahamas.
The original restaurant was constructed in 1998 as part of Atlantis Paradise Island Resort and had been a large three meal restaurant. The renovation divided the restaurant to provide a separate fine dining restaurant with a patio, bar and private dining rooms.
The approximately 8,000 square foot project with 200 seats was completed in November 2023 at a cost of $5M.
