NATIONAL FUEL - OFFICE

APEX Architecture provided complete professional Architectural/Engineering (A/E) services associated with the planning, design, and the preparation of construction documents for an office addition to an existing training facility that APEX founder designed in 2010. The structure is an economical metal building system but has the features of a conventional commercial structure, approximately 4,200 square feet, $1.5M project completed in 2018. The design is similar to another addition that APEX designed for an adjacent building which created consistency to the Mineral Springs Road complex.

The project was completed on schedule and within the established budget.
