Agricultural Facility

The Services will include all professional design services associated with the design and construction of an Agricultural Facility and associated site work to be located on a Taylor Road site on the Seneca Nation Cattaraugus Territory. The purpose of the facility is to teach traditional Seneca farming and food preparation techniques to the community and to promote healthy diet habits. The Facility is anticipated to be approximately 9,000 square feet and consist of, a food processing facility, produce preparation area and storage, a seed bank, retail space, a learning center, office spaces, equipment storage, loading dock and a commercial processing kitchen and a separate demonstration kitchen.
