ALLEGANY VISITOR CENTER

APEX designed and prepared Construction Documents and provided bidding services for the proposed Visitor Center / snowmobile trail house for the Seneca Gaming Corporation. The proposed structure is approximately 1,200 square feet and to be located at the edge of the Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino along the Allegany snow mobile trails. The facility includes a lounge with fireplace, locker rooms with dryers and restrooms. The conceptual plans also included a ‘sled shed’ for snowmobile parking for visitors. The structural system is post & beam (utilizing engineered lumber) and structural insulated panels (SIP)
