APEX Consulting was retained by Atlantis / Encompass to provide professional Architectural/Engineering (A/E) services associated with the casino renovation project of the Atlantis Paradise Island Bahamas resort located in New Providence, Bahamas.
The existing casino was constructed in 1998. The casino spans a 7-acre lagoon and links The Royal and The Coral hotels, therefore the whole casino renovation project, consisting of 85 table games and over 700 slot machines, had to be constructed in phases.
In addition to the main casino floor the adjacent Bar Sol (formerly named Dragons) and Moon Bar were also completely renovated. The approximately 54,000 square foot project was completed in December 2023 at a cost of $45M.
